Step:1

First make Database in MySql

like "wpdemo"  

Step:2

Then Place wordpress zip file into your root folder and extract it

example:htdocs/wordpress

Step:3

 Then open "localhost/wordpress" after it follow 4th step

Step:4

Then select database you created and give username of your user and password 

then make admin user of admin of wordpress website 

select languages and save settings then you can login at 

"localhost/wordpress/wp-admin"
